EL ASHIB Global · Our approach
Clarity at every stage.
Our proposed engagement framework: clear responsibilities, documented decisions and reporting agreed around your project.
From brief to handover
One relationship. A defined process.
An integrated projects partner being developed around a lean, partnership-led model, with specialist work coordinated through qualified providers.
- 01
Understand & verify
Establish objectives, decision-makers, identity and ownership or authority to act; review site information and initial constraints.
- 02
Assess & define
Review scope, drawings, estimated costs, technical appointments and risks before agreeing the engagement.
- 03
Agree in writing
Record responsibilities, fees, baseline budget, milestones, reporting frequency and approval limits in a written agreement.
- 04
Coordinate & review
Coordinate professional appointments, procurement and inspections; track progress, commitments, decisions and issues.
- 05
Report & approve
Share agreed progress evidence and financial reconciliations; obtain written approval for non-emergency variations before they proceed.
- 06
Close & hand over
Coordinate snagging, handover records, final account reconciliation and a post-completion review.
Reporting scope
Evidence, not just updates.
Reporting deliverables and frequency are agreed per engagement. This is the intended reporting scope, not a live client dashboard.
Project position
Approved budget, expenditure, outstanding commitments, milestones, forecast completion, open risks and issues.
Progress evidence
Timestamped photographs or videos linked to site reports. Images supplement, not replace, technical inspections.
Supporting records
Quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, payment evidence and financial reconciliations.
Decisions & changes
Meeting minutes, approval records, variations, responsible parties and agreed next actions.
Client safeguards
Trust starts with clear terms.
Defined responsibilities
The proposed engagement model uses documented scope, budgets and a responsible lead; technical certification remains with appropriately qualified professionals.
Qualified appointments
Relevant identity, registration, licences, insurance, references and capacity should be checked before specialist appointments are agreed.
Transparent fees
Coordination fees, professional fees, procurement margins and relevant referral arrangements should be disclosed in the proposal; no unapproved pricing is published.
Documented payments
Direct payments to contractors and suppliers against approved records are preferred where practical. Any holding of client funds requires agreed legal, banking and accounting safeguards.
Confidential records
Client information should be accessed only on an authorized basis, with privacy and document-sharing arrangements agreed for each engagement.
Clear escalation
The agreement should identify how complaints, suspected fraud, safety concerns and delivery failures are escalated and reviewed.
Questions & answers
Before we begin.
Can I discuss a project while living abroad?
Yes. The proposed Diaspora Project Assurance service is designed around remote coordination. Reporting frequency, time zones, authority to act and approval arrangements would be agreed before an engagement begins.
Does EL ASHIB Global perform every specialist service itself?
No. Regulated and specialist work is coordinated through appropriately registered or qualified professionals and contractors, subject to scope, availability and applicable requirements.
Is the client project portal available now?
A read-only client portal is available for enquiries, projects and property listings assigned by the company administrator. Sign in with the verified email used for your assignment. Documents, approvals and detailed project assurance reporting are not part of this portal and must be arranged separately.
How are fees and project changes agreed?
Fees depend on the assignment and are set out in a written proposal. Budgets, milestones and approval limits should be agreed in advance, with written approval for non-emergency variations.
Where is the company based?
The proposed operational base is Nakuru, Kenya. Wider Kenyan coverage is intended through qualified partners, subject to project location, availability and agreed scope.
What should I include in an initial enquiry?
Share your objectives, project location, preferred service and, if known, budget and timeline. Do not submit identity documents, title deeds, bank details or confidential employee records through the initial enquiry form.
