1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the website at https://elashibglobal.com and its www variant, published by EL ASHIB Global Integrated Projects Limited, trading as EL ASHIB Global (a working name pending registration confirmation). By using the website you agree to these terms to the extent the law permits. If you do not agree, do not use the account or interactive services. Enquiry and account services are intended for adults with legal capacity to act for themselves or for an organization they represent.
These are website-use terms, not a construction, consultancy, procurement, property sale or other professional-services contract. Any engagement needs a separately agreed scope, responsibilities, fees and terms in writing; that agreement governs the engagement and takes precedence where relevant.
2. Enquiries, submission limits and service availability
A submitted enquiry is a request for discussion. It is not acceptance of work, a reservation, a binding quotation or a guarantee of availability. The confirmation you see means the enquiry was stored; it does not mean a contract exists, and no automatic email confirmation or portal invitation is sent.
To keep the form usable, each email address is limited to three enquiries in any hour, submissions that fail validation or look automated are rejected, and a submission is only saved once it passes those checks. If you need to send more detail than the form allows, write to info@elashibglobal.com.
Service availability, partner participation, project location, timelines and scope must be confirmed for each engagement. Specialist or regulated work is coordinated through qualified providers; website descriptions do not assert that EL ASHIB Global holds every specialist licence or performs every regulated activity itself.
3. Property listings, project content and photos
Property prices, descriptions, images, status and availability are informational and may change. They are not binding offers, valuations, title guarantees or warranties of suitability. Confirm current particulars, ownership, permissions, measurements, fees and transaction terms, and arrange independent professional due diligence before committing.
Published project and property photos are served through private links that expire about an hour after a page loads, so a photo address you copy will not keep working and does not give ongoing access. General website imagery may be illustrative; only identified published records should be treated as descriptions of those records, and imagery alone is not proof of a completed company project, ownership or an available listing.
4. AI recommendations
The Project Advisor offers automated service suggestions and an editable enquiry draft through Lovable AI Gateway. Its output can be incomplete or incorrect and is not legal, financial, architectural, engineering, investment or other regulated advice. It does not provide binding costs, timelines or commitments.
Review the output and confirm important details with us or a qualified professional. The advisor never submits on your behalf; you choose whether to send the reviewed enquiry. Do not enter sensitive or confidential information into it.
5. Accounts and client access
Use an email address you control and keep sign-in details secure. Do not impersonate another person, share access without authorization or attempt to view records not assigned to you. Tell us promptly if you think access has been compromised.
Client access is assigned by an administrator to a confirmed email address; creating an account does not by itself grant access to any record. The portal is read-only for the enquiries, projects and properties assigned to you. It is not a document approval system, a payment facility or a complete project-reporting service.
We may restrict or revoke access where necessary to protect data, investigate misuse, correct an assignment or comply with law, and where reasonable and lawful we will explain why. Access changes do not cancel rights or obligations under a separate engagement agreement.
6. Acceptable use and your submissions
- Provide accurate, relevant information and only content you have the right to share.
- Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing material, spam or malicious software.
- Do not bypass security, hammer the enquiry form or other services with automated requests, disrupt the website or collect personal data without authorization.
- Do not upload or disclose another person's confidential information without a lawful basis.
You keep your rights in what you submit. You authorize us to use it only as needed to respond, provide the services you request and administer the website in line with our Privacy Policy and any engagement agreement. That is not blanket permission to publish confidential material.
7. Intellectual property and external services
Website branding and content are owned by EL ASHIB Global or used with permission. You may view the website and keep reasonable copies for personal use or to evaluate our services. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as the law allows.
External links and the optional Google and Lovable sign-in services are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services, and a link is not an endorsement or a guarantee of external content or availability.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or suitability for a particular purpose. Maintenance, technical faults and interruptions at hosting, authentication, storage or AI providers can affect access. Confirm important information before relying on it.
To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by your misuse, unauthorized disclosure of your credentials or reliance on unverified informational or AI-generated content. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud, or limits your statutory consumer or data-protection rights. Liability for agreed professional services is dealt with in the separate engagement agreement.
9. Privacy, communications and browser storage
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled, how we follow up with you and how you can ask us to stop, and our Cookies Policy lists the sign-in and temporary browser storage this website uses. These notices do not replace any consent the law requires.
10. Changes, governing law and disputes
We may revise these terms as the website or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version; changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite an existing engagement agreement.
These website terms are governed by Kenyan law, subject to any mandatory laws or consumer protections that apply to you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. If it cannot be resolved, courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear the dispute; nothing here asks you to give up a right to approach a regulator or another legally available forum.
